Chop all the nuts into larger pieces with a knife and add it to the bowl with the oats. Mix all the ingredients well and add salt.
Melt the coconut oil in a pot and add the tahini and maple syrup. Mix this sauce to combine everything nicely.
Pour this sauce over the oats and nuts. Mix everything together, then pour the mixture on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Put the granola to bake at 160°C for half an hour.
After 20 minutes of baking, mix the granola and return to the oven for another ten minutes to bake on all sides.
Be sure to follow how it, because granola can burn easily.
When the granola is ready, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool, and then you can put it in a storage jar.
a handful of raw almonds
3 fresh dates
1l of water
Pour water over the raw almonds and leave them to stand in it overnight.
Squeeze the almonds from the water in which they were standing and put them in a blender together with the pitted dates and water. Mix all these ingredients, and then strain them through a strainer, gauze or a reusable bag for fruits and vegetables (see the video below).
The drained liquid is your almond milk and you can store it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
You can use the dry residue in a pancake mixture or an oatmeal.
